Gillian joined us in 2014 and was appointed to the Board in February 2019. She is a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for leading and advising on all legal, compliance & governance matters for the organisation. Gillian also acts as Legal Counsel to the Board. Before joining the firm, Gillian held the role of Deputy Global General Counsel at E&Y for 10 years and, prior to that, was European Counsel for Deloitte for 5 years. She is a qualified solicitor.
