IT Controls Manager

Salaried – London, Cavendish Venues - 1 America Square, EC3, EC3N 2LB, United Kingdom

Purpose:

Overall responsibility for monitoring, managing and developing IT Security Controls for Brightwell to ensure Brightwell adheres to it stated IT policies, procedures and controls.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop in-house policies and procedures
  • Review of existing controls
  • Manage required monthly\quarterly\annual controls and ensure adherence to control definitions

Role Overview

Purpose:

As a Business Resilience Risk Manager, you will champion a transparent and proactive risk culture across Brightwell. You will play a key role in embedding the three lines of defence model, strengthening business resilience, and ensuring regulatory compliance and ultimately supporting the best outcomes for our members.

You will:

  • Lead the maintenance of an effective business resilience framework proportionate to Brightwell’s size and complexity.

Senior Internal Auditor

Role Overview

Purpose:

  • Provide independent and objective assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of Brightwell’s internal controls, risk management and governance processes.
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit to deliver the annual audit plan, embed the internal audit framework, bringing fresh thinking, best practice, and positive challenge to influence and contribute to the growth and future success of Brightwell.
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of Brightwell’s processes and control environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead and execute internal audits across a range of business functions (Funding and Fiduciary, Pensions administration, Technology audits and Group functions).
